Notary services

According to the current regulations (Legislative Decree 71/2011), notarial services are provided exclusively to Italian citizens who are abroad either permanently or temporarily.

For foreign citizens, the signing of notarial acts and other services to be recognized by Italian authorities must be carried out before a public notary operating in Armenia. Such notarial acts must then be legalized through the Apostille procedure (click here for more information).

Notarial acts performed at this Embassy are valid only within the territory of the Italian Republic and at Italian diplomatic-consular representations.

For all services, an appointment must be scheduled by sending an email to consolare.jerevan@esteri.it or PEC amb.jerevan@cert.esteri.it.

The appointment request must include a photocopy of the Italian passport and the notarial act request form (click here for the request form).
