Fast-It offers a more efficient and streamlined application process, which the account holder can follow step by step. Fast-It account holders can also access other useful services, as well as submit a change of address request.
Within the portal, the ‘FAQ’ section is available to facilitate its use.

AIRE registration is free of charge.
You must fill in personal information EXACTLY as it appears on your Italian Passport.
If you do not have an Italian passport, fill in information EXACTLY as it appears on your birth certificate, issued by the Italian municipality.
Date of birth must be in European format: DAY / MONTH / YEAR.
Please note: In the event that the Embassy learns of an Italian citizen’s residence abroad who has not submitted (or does not wish to submit) a formal request for registration, the Embassy may submit an AIRE registration request to the Comune in Italy (this is called Iscrizione d’Ufficio).
